June Swap Day a Success!

The first Swap Day of the year held on June 15th was a huge success. The weather for the event was beautiful and the turn out was by far the largest attended of all the Swap Days in the past.  Treasures of all kind were swapped – clothing, sporting equipment, housewares, home decor and baby/children items.  This event is run by the Melrose Recycling Committee in partnership with the Public Works Department.

Start getting ready for the next Swap Day – Saturday, September 28th – 8 am to noon – in the municipal parking lot behind City Hall.
